University of Dayton’s online Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Leadership for Organizations program provides you with the skills to create positive change, efficiency and community in organizations. Starting on day one of the program, you will dive into research and small-group collaboration so you can immediately start applying what you learn to real-world practice.

The Ed.D. program can be completed in as few as 36 months. GRE scores are not required.
